New clients are able to schedule an appointment by contacting the therapist they desire to work with. Therapists are CVCC will provide availability and information about fees and initial intake forms. Clients who choose to an appointment will be provided with a Client Portal Link via email, where they are able to complete the necessary forms electronically. Paper copies are located at the therapist’s office for your convenience if needed. If you are an existing client, please contact your specific therapist regarding scheduling or general questions.
CVCC therapists are not currently paneled with insurance providers at this time. All therapists are able to offer a Superbill to clients. Superbills can be provided to insurance companies for possible fee reimbursement. Clients who wish to have a Superbill provided for sessions are responsible for confirming reimbursement with their insurance provider.
Yes. Each of our therapists is sensitive to the individual needs our clients have throughout the counseling process. We welcome clients seeking therapy from any spiritual background as well clients who prefer
CVCC counseling fees range from $80-$140. Fee are set by each therapist and are discussed with clients prior to the initial session. Upon request, sliding scale fees may be offered to clients experiencing financial hardship. Lower fees are based on recent income information that is required before each therapist can approve of a lower fee. Please contact your individual therapist to discuss options for lower fees and availability.
Yes, CVCC therapists are able to provide virtual counseling services (“tele-mental health services”) for clients residing in the state of Georgia. Your therapist is able to discuss virtual counseling options with you prior to scheduling your session.
All CVCC therapists have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment not cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start time of the session will be charged for the full fee of the scheduled session.
